NISO maintains a strict non-refund policy for special orders to ensure quality and craftsmanship integrity.

Refunds Apply ONLY When:

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed
  • A wrong item was shipped by NISO

Refunds DO NOT Apply When:

  • Items are made-to-order or custom-crafted
  • Customer changes mind regarding design or size
  • Natural variations occur in craftsmanship
  • Damage is caused after delivery

Refunds are processed within 14 working days once approved.
