NISO maintains a strict non-refund policy for special orders to ensure quality and craftsmanship integrity.
Refunds Apply ONLY When:
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed
- A wrong item was shipped by NISO
Refunds DO NOT Apply When:
- Items are made-to-order or custom-crafted
- Customer changes mind regarding design or size
- Natural variations occur in craftsmanship
- Damage is caused after delivery
Refunds are processed within 14 working days once approved.
