Some jewelry pieces are made-to-order. When an item is unavailable, NISO produces it upon request. Production requires 10–15 days, depending on the complexity of the design.

Custom-made, made-to-order, and personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

Every NISO piece is crafted with certified materials. When applicable, items include a gold purity stamp, diamond authenticity certification, or weight details.
