EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

NISO aims to deliver high-quality fine jewelry while maintaining a clear and fair policy that protects both the customer experience and the value of handcrafted pieces.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are permitted only for ready-stock products and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All packaging, certificates, and tags must be intact
  • Exchange approval is subject to inspection by NISO’s quality team

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Size-specific orders (e.g., rings manufactured for your size)
  • Engraved or personalized items
  • Damaged or worn items

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

 

  1. Manufacturing defect verified by the NISO QC team
  2. Incorrect item received

Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer preference changes
  • Weight differences within acceptable gold manufacturing margins (+/- variations)
  • Damage caused after delivery (scratches, dents, impact)
