NISO offers a 6-month manufacturing warranty to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty clasps or joints
- Stones loosening due to non-impact issues
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches
- Damages caused by dropping, impact, or chemicals
- Broken chains due to misuse
- Stone loss due to physical force
AFTERCARE SERVICES
NISO supports customers with long-term jewelry care, including:
Complimentary Services:
- One free cleaning session every 6 months (UAE customers only)
Paid Services:
- Polishing
- Resizing (when technically possible)
- Stone resetting
- Structural repairs
Customers must schedule aftercare via email.
